T-Paw on GMAAfter Democrats voted to pass an over-reaching, extraordinarily expensive, government-centric health care plan, many Americans are grasping for a way to stop it.

“Repeal it,” some say. “Sue,” say others. “Stop talking about health care; it’s not politically smart,” I’ve been warned.

“Democrats rejected needed, common sense reforms in favor of an overreaching, extraordinarily expensive, government-centric plan that gives more and more control to an already bloated and bankrupt federal government.”

Thanks, Andy, for your kind introduction and for your incredible friendship.  I want to also recognize tonight my fellow speakers, Governor O’Malley, and Colonel Bar of the IDF.  Thanks to both of you for your great leadership and service.    

I want to also applaud Howard Kohr for his leadership, and the past and incoming presidents of AIPAC, David Victor and Lee Rosenberg.

Dear members of the Minnesota Congressional Delegation,

I write to express my concerns regarding the American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009, also known as  the Waxman-Markey bill.  This legislation would place significant burdens on the individuals and job creators, while doing little to impact its intended goal of changing the global climate.
