Right now, our freedoms are being challenged on many fronts. One such challenge is encroachment on our liberties by an unceasing Federal bureaucracy. Little by little, it suffocates individual freedom, personal responsibility and the free market. It can happen quietly -- it’s not always a grand debate over something like health care. It can happen in increments that people don’t even see or know about, but nevertheless deflates the human spirit.

We need to protect the freedom to be an entrepreneur without being stifled by over-burdensome taxes and regulations; the freedom to not be in financial bondage because the government ran up more debt than we can ever pay off; the freedom to choose a good school for our children; the freedom to choose a doctor without having a bureaucrat in the middle; and the freedom that comes from being safe from foreign enemies.

Our values and principles are being tested. What we believe as conservatives is being tested. The values and principles of our country – which I believe are conservative – are being tested. But expressing our concern is not enough. We need to organize, mobilize and fight back.

This organization is dedicated to putting freedom first again in America. By helping candidates and translating our ideas into policies that everyone can relate to and support, we can turn back the growth of Washington and renew the promise of freedom.
